請先確認你註冊帳號的方式。不同帳號的購買，會歸存在其購買之帳號喔！

若確認登入帳號無誤，在學習中心仍無法找到購買的課程，\
請來信至客服信箱 [*service@tibame.com*](mailto:service@tibame.com)，並提供以下資訊

1. TibaMe 帳號：你註冊 TibaMe 使用的 Email 帳號&#x20;
2. 訂單編號：登入帳號後，點選右上角選擇「我的訂單」，即可查看訂單編號。&#x20;
3. 課程名稱：請告訴我們你找不到哪一堂課程。

收到您的來信後，我們將盡快為你處理！
