# 課程影片無法播放

如果遇到課程影片無法順利播放的情形，請試試看以下的方法來排除狀況：

> 1. **先確認你的網路環境是否有問題後，重新整理課程影片頁面**
> 2. **將瀏覽器的 Cookie 清除**
> 3. **更換其他瀏覽器（Google Chrome、Firefox、Internet Explorer…等）**
