# 什麼時候會收到退款？

## **線上刷退**

若你是透過信用卡付款，我們會將退款金額退刷至原信用卡帳戶。\
依銀行間的作業處理約需 7\~14 天，可能會因個人信用卡的結帳週期不同而影響退刷款項完成時間，負項可能會列在下期的帳單上。若有任何問題，可洽詢你的信用卡發卡公司。<br>

## **匯退至你指定的帳戶**

若你是透過 ATM 匯款，則需要填寫我們提供的匯款同意書並提供帳戶影本。\
收到相關資料後，約 30 個工作天完成退款作業。
