# 課程影片無法播放

如果遇到課程影片無法順利播放的情形，請試試看以下的方法來排除狀況：

1. 先確認你的網路環境是否有問題後，重新整理課程影片頁面&#x20;
2. 將瀏覽器的 \*Cookie 清除&#x20;
3. 更換其他瀏覽器（Google Chrome、Firefox、Internet Explorer…等）
